Wolds Photo follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Your information will be held for the period o f your membership of the Society and will not be shared with any other persons whatever without your prior consent If you wish to change or delete any of the information held, or to request a copy of it, you should contact the Secretary of the Society. If you are concerned about the way in which the Society is handling your personal information you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
